Easy High Protein Chocolate Mousse
This High Protein Chocolate Mousse is easily the most indulgent dessert with such a rich chocolate flavor and creamy texture. The best part about this recipe is that it's made entirely with healthy ingredients and is probably the most deliciously nutritious and simple recipe that you'll ever try.

- 1 can unsweetened coconut milk cream part only
- ½ cup dark chocolate* melted
- ½ cup chocolate plant-based protein powder*
- 2 tbsp cacao powder*
- 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener*
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp water
In a small microwave safe bowl, add chocolate and coconut oil and microwave for 30 seconds, mix, then microwave again for 30 seconds.
Add all ingredients into food processor. Mix until smooth.
Using a spatula, evenly distribute mixture into 3 jars. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then enjoy.
*I like to use dairy-free dark chocolate chips to melt and use in this recipe, but use whichever chocolate you have on hand and prefer!
*Any protein powder will work just fine. Keep it plant-based for vegan and more wholesome
*cacao powder can be replaced with cocoa powder
*monk fruit sweetener can be replaced with any sugar/sweetener alternative
