Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • cup almond butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips dairy-free
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips dairy-free

Chocolate Drizzle

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips dairy-free
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line 8x8 pan with parchment paper
  • In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients of almond flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a larger bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, almond butter, egg, coconut oil, monk fruit sugar, and vanilla extract until just combined.
  • Gently pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and using a whisk, mix until just combined.
  • Fold in both white and dark chocolate chips. Pour into parchment lined 8x8 pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool before drizzling with chocolate. To make the chocolate drizzle, microwave dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second increments until desired consistency.
  • Drizzle chocolate and enjoy!
