Preheat oven to 350F and line 8x8 pan with parchment paper
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients of almond flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt.
In a larger bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, almond butter, egg, coconut oil, monk fruit sugar, and vanilla extract until just combined.
